Cancellation & Refund Policy
GodlyGlamour believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
- However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated. We have a 7 days Return policy.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team at help@godlyglamour.com.
- The request will be processed only after the merchant verifies the issue at their end.
- This must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product. Exchanges and replacement will be done within 7 to 10 days.
2. Product Not as Expected
- If the product received is not as shown on the website or differs from your expectations, please bring it to the notice of our Customer Service Team within 2 days of delivery.
- The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
3. Exchange for Size Issues

- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
- Once your return request is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
